Spearheaded a cross-functional collaboration with Product and Growth Operations to launch a new, market-differentiating hybrid-work solution. My role involved defining the value proposition and go-to-market strategy, which ultimately captured an additional 5% of the SMB market within the first two quarters.

Data-Driven Leadership & Reporting

Empowered data-driven leadership decisions by designing and deploying interactive Tableau dashboards. These dashboards visualized real-time KPIs, including member churn, pricing elasticity, and occupancy rates across 50+ locations, which reduced the time required for strategic decision-making by 80%.

Operational Efficiency & Automation

To address the critical need for increased productivity and reduced inventory errors, I led the automation of sales workflows in Salesforce while simultaneously implementing a real-time dashboard for inventory visibility.
